Funrun Aftermath

Well folks, if anyone out there is still reading this, the funrun's over. I didn't win this year I was struck down in my prime by a seven foot icelander giant who flew here from the land of Texas. Translation: my brother ran faster than me. That's okay we still had nice a time. For those of you who decided not to attend; may your souls forever be vexed. Until next year at least.

Rides to FUNRUN

If you reside in the township of Elizabeth (hey that's were I live), Kiowa (ahaha Kiowa), Agot or Elbert (don't laugh at others misfortune)  and don't feel like making the commute all the way out to the big city, then you can swing by my house and hitch a ride. Don't worry my folks have a truck so you won't be all double-seatbelted in, what with the awkwardness of such a situation. For all you convicted souls out there who are concerned about coming to the fun run because there's a little voice in the back of your head that says, "Oh no Willis, I can't take your t-shirts and pizza and other sweet stuff without giving something in return." Well, because I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable, I've composed this list of things that I would sincerely appreciate. Remember this is a selfless act of myself solely for the alleviation of you conscience.

• smart water 
• Gum (I mean really who can have enough gum?)
• Comic Books 
• Funny looking novelty eye glasses
• Celebrity autographed toaster ovens 
• Curt Smith or Billy Joel CDs
• Anything with a picture of Chuck Norris on it
• High School Musical cards with the recorded songs in them 
• Funny five dollar movies from the 1980s
• Gift certificates to fancy stores with hard to pronounce names, for example abercrombie and fitch (apparently they sell clothes, who knew?) 

Well, I hope this helps with the convoluted conundrum of my inner most birthday desires.

Welcome to the FUN RUN head quarters, well this and my barn loft. This years gonna' be crazy fun what with the burning, aching, retching, and other good stuff you get from a morning 3 mile run in November weather. But hey, don't take my word for it check out this sweet picture.
